What is Relative Risk?

Relative Risk is a measure of the likelihood of an event occurring in one group compared to another. It is used to compare the risk of an event occurring in one group to the risk of the same event occurring in another group. It is a useful tool for understanding the risk of a particular event occurring in a population.

What is Relative Risk Calculator?

A Relative Risk Calculator is a tool used to calculate the relative risk of an individual developing a certain disease or condition based on their lifestyle and other factors. It is used to compare the risk of an individual developing a certain disease or condition to the general population.

How to Calculate Relative Risk?

Relative risk (RR) is the ratio of the probability of an event occurring in one group to the probability of it occurring in another group. It is calculated by dividing the risk of an event occurring in the exposed group by the risk of it occurring in the unexposed group. For example, if the risk of developing a certain disease is 10% in the exposed group and 5% in the unexposed group, the relative risk would be calculated as 10/5 = 2. This means that the exposed group is twice as likely to develop the disease as the unexposed group.
